Adjacent to the offices, and beneath the two buildings, a 5,500 m² retail area operates, along with two parking facilities and approximately 550 parking spaces. The gym in Building B serves campus tenants, and a pilates and yoga studio adds space for movement and balance. Both buildings are connected to fiber optics, and the campus includes protected spaces on each floor, refined meeting rooms, generators and smart systems.
