Who handles your information.

The AMY Business Center website is operated by Amir Yekutiel as part of the AMY Yekutiel Group's activities. Amir Yekutiel is the website operator and controller of personal information submitted through it. Voluntary submission. Defined purposes.

A tenant-directory application asks for a business or brand name, contact person's name, email address, building association, activity description and an optional business website. We use the details to review the request, contact you, make an administrator's publication decision and maintain approved business listings. The contact form asks for your name, email, phone number, inquiry topic and message. We use these to respond and arrange the service you asked about. This form opens a message in your own email program: it does not save the message in the website's database, but an email you send will reach our mailbox.

Providing information in either form is voluntary and not required by law. Without the required details, we cannot receive and review your request or respond in the requested way. Please do not include medical details, identity numbers, financial information or unnecessary personal details about others in your message.

Private inquiries, curated publication.

An unapproved tenant application and its applicant's contact details are available to the authorized website administrator and the infrastructure/storage providers needed to operate the service. An email inquiry may be accessible to the staff responding to it and to the sender's and operator's email/infrastructure providers so it can be transmitted and answered. Personal contact details are not published on the website. Only after administrator approval may a business's name, description, campus association, business website and an administrator-uploaded logo appear in the public directory; public display details may be edited before publication. External map and business links are subject to their providers' own terms.

Retention and operation.

Tenant-directory applications are kept in a managed database; only an authorized administrator may review personal details through the private management interface. Email inquiries are handled in the operator's mailbox, not the site's public application database. Information is kept for as long as needed to handle inquiries and applications, operate the directory and meet applicable legal requirements; we consider removal requests under applicable law and circumstances. The private administrator interface uses an essential authentication cookie, and the site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive technical connection information. The public tenant form does not allow file uploads.

Access, correction and contact.

Under Israeli privacy law, you may request access to personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated. You may also inquire about its use or request deletion; we will consider such requests under applicable law. Contact office@amy-group.co.il.
